Improving of production technology of ornamental trees, shrubs, perennials and bulbs. In recent years increased demand is observed for ornamental plant material for home gardens. Existing nurseries are not able to supply as much nursery plants as it is needed. To speed up production several experiments were established with new methods of propagation and rising of ornamental perennials. Much attention is paid to adaptation of foreign species and varieties to Polish conditions especially to these resistant to diseases.
