The Centre of Research and Education on Spray Application Techniques (CBSTOR) has been initiated according to the agreement between ISK and the State Plant Health and Seed Inspection Service in March 1999. Its objectives are:

• training for the staff of Sprayer Test Stations
• development of spraying equipment and methods of diagnostics
• field presentations
• applied research on spray application
